After each player has drawn a card, the player with the highest card takes the first turn. If two or more players tie for highest card, the player with the highest suit takes the first turn.
Players can either take the card from the deck or take one from another player's stack. If they take a card from another player's stack, they must also take any additional cards below that card. For example, if a player takes a 3 from another player's stack, they must also take any 2s and 1s below the 3.
When a player has collected 10 cards, they must place them all in front of them and end their turn. If at any time a player draws an Ace when they already have 10 cards in front of them, they must place all of their current cards back in the deck and select another Ace to continue playing with. If at any time a player runs out of cards, they must draw 4 cards from the deck to resume play.
The first player to reach 200 points or more wins the game!
